Supporting Diversity through New Arts Sponsorship & Mentorship Project

As a new and growing network for building the career capacities and connections of arts administrators of color, ArtsBoston’s Network for Arts Administrators of Color (NAAC Boston) is launching a new initiative with Mass Cultural Council’s support designed to elevate professionals of color.
This project will use both Sponsorship and Mentoring to increase the talent pipeline and develop future leaders of color in Boston’s arts sector. The application will be available this Fall and the first mentorship/sponsorship cycle will launch in early 2019.
