North Andover Cultural Council
The North Andover Cultural Council needs your help! We need the people who live and work in town to help advise us about how best to allocate public dollars for programs and activities in the arts, humanities and interpretive sciences. You can help by applying for grants, sharing information about the grants and reaching out to ask if you might be a good fit to serve on the North Andover Cultural Council.

FY23 Local Guidelines
We are a group of interested residents whose purpose is to support community-based projects and activities in the arts, humanities and interpretive sciences to benefit the residents of North Andover. We are appointed by the North Andover Select Board to dispense public funding allocated by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency. We are responsible for informing the public about the availability of public funding for cultural projects and for reviewing and approving applications. The budget of the MCC is determined annually by the State Legislature.
